Lyudmila Goshko, an international master of sports in bodybuilding, European vice-champion, world championship bronze medalist, and vice-champion of the 2016 Arnold Classic, shared her experiences from her sports career. In her interview, Lyudmila emphasized the significance of dietary supplements in a professional athlete’s life.

Lyudmila first set foot in a gym back in 1999, with no initial intention of pursuing a career in sports. Her primary aim was to achieve a beautifully toned figure. However, she was fortunate from the start, as she began training with Maxim Kalmykov, a Moscow champion in bodybuilding. Her coach recognized her natural talent and encouraged her to compete. Lyudmila secured her first international competition victory at the European Championship at the age of 23.
Over her 18-year sports career, Lyudmila Goshko has amassed numerous titles and awards, becoming an international master of sports and earning the titles of world and European vice-champion, as well as titles from the “Arnold Classic” and the 2016 Diamond Cup. She is currently preparing for the European Championship, which will take place from May 3 to 8 in Santa Susanna, Spain, where she will compete in the Women’s Physique category.
Lyudmila trains approximately 16 hours a week, including both strength and cardio workouts, to achieve such high results. She openly discusses her use of pharmaceuticals in preparation for high-level competitions, highlighting how the proper selection of dietary supplements enables her to balance femininity with athleticism.
“Among the sports supplements I use are BCAA IPH AGAA, L-carnitine with the short peptide IPH LGA, isolated protein, and energy drinks. Quality BCAA is crucial during preparation, as it facilitates quick recovery post-training and ensures muscle readiness for subsequent demands,” Lyudmila notes.
The innovative BCAA IPH-AGAA amino acid peptide complex, recently introduced to the market by Ideal Pharma Peptide GmbH, includes BCAA and the short peptide IPH-AGAA. Lyudmila Goshko praises BCAA IPH-AGAA for its immediate impact on the body, providing a boost of energy during workouts and reducing fatigue, thereby making training sessions both efficient and less exhausting.
Peptides, being no more than 1 nm in size, are rightly classified within the nanoworld. They are categorized into short peptides, or oligopeptides, containing no more than 10 amino acid residues, and long peptides, or polypeptides, with up to 100 amino acid residues. Peptides can be derived from plants, animals, or synthesized artificially. Recent applications have demonstrated that short peptides are fully assimilated by the body, enhancing its cellular function.
“I’ve been using short peptides for 5 years. In sports, they aid in my progression, growth, and recovery. They also allow me to avoid resorting to steroid pharmacology, which can alter the body’s natural form,” Lyudmila comments.
To maintain peak physical condition, Lyudmila advocates for self-discipline, active sports engagement, a well-adjusted diet, and the use of reliable, tested recovery complexes like BCAA IPH-AGAA, multivitamins, and L-carnitine IPH LGA.
L. Goshko, a distinguished international bodybuilding competitor, shared her insights on the effectiveness of the IPH-AGAA peptide complex. She discussed her recent accomplishments, future goals, and the role of sports nutrition in her training and recovery regimen. Achieving her objective of becoming the European champion in the Women’s Physique over 163 category has opened the opportunity for her to obtain a PRO-card and compete against the world’s elite athletes.
“Currently, I’m inspired by Juliana Malacarne for her balanced physique and maintained femininity, which is challenging in our level of preparation. My aspiration is to be among the top 5 competitors alongside her. After some rest, I will commence preparations for the Arnold Classic and Mr. Olympia IFBB PRO,” L. Goshko states.
She credits her ability to recuperate between championships and enhance her performance during training sessions to her regimen of sports nutrition, incorporating the amino acid peptide complex IPH AGAA.
The IPH AGAA peptide complex is designed to rejuvenate the body and provide the necessary energy for demanding workouts, ensuring balanced nutrition during the recovery phase. The foundation of the complex, short peptides, enables bodybuilders to sustain their desired form for an extended period without the effects of aging.
